Returns

 

We hope that you are happy with your purchase, however if you are not completely satisfied you can return it to us any time within 28 days of purchase.

 

  • Please note we do NOT accept returns on SALE items or any items bought at a discount using offer codes.
  • Refunds can be issued on purchases of FULL PRICED items ONLY.
  • We cannot accept returns of items that have had name customisation, unless there is a fault/error on our behalf.
  • Products must be returned in their original packaging, unworn and undamaged. All garments are subject to inspection.
  • In the interest of hygiene, we may refuse returns on swimwear where the hygiene label is no longer intact. For health considerations there are no exchanges on swimwear unless faulty.
  • Please ensure all returns are accompanied with a covering letter to ensure your return can be dealt with promptly.Your covering note needs to include either your name, reason for return,  online order number or proof of purchase (receipt).
  • All returns will be processed within a 10 working day period, please allow a further 3-5 working days for refunds to appear back into your account.

Please note that we will not refund any postage fees (except if the goods are faulty or if you have received a wrong product).  

We would advise to use a tracked delivery service as we cannot be held liable for the loss of any parcel on its return journey to us.
