We hope that you are happy with your purchase, however if you are not completely satisfied you can return it to us any time within 28 days of purchase.
- Please note we do NOT accept returns on SALE items or any items bought at a discount using offer codes.
- Refunds can be issued on purchases of FULL PRICED items ONLY.
- We cannot accept returns of items that have had name customisation, unless there is a fault/error on our behalf.
- Products must be returned in their original packaging, unworn and undamaged. All garments are subject to inspection.
- In the interest of hygiene, we may refuse returns on swimwear where the hygiene label is no longer intact. For health considerations there are no exchanges on swimwear unless faulty.
- Please ensure all returns are accompanied with a covering letter to ensure your return can be dealt with promptly.Your covering note needs to include either your name, reason for return, online order number or proof of purchase (receipt).
- All returns will be processed within a 10 working day period, please allow a further 3-5 working days for refunds to appear back into your account.
